Registration 

Registration between 6th January - 31st March 2025 

The registration fee includes all scientific sessions, four nights' accommodation with all meals, conference dinner, social entertainment, and transport between Bilbao International Airport and the venue.

Abstract submission for posters and offered talks will close the 31st January 2025 and successful applicants will be invited to finalise the payment before the 31st March 2025. Registration deadline for attendance only 31st March 2025. Further information will follow.

Instructions for submitting abstracts will be indicated here. By submitting an abstract, you indicate your willingness to present that work on a poster. However, we will also offer many opportunities for short talks based on submitted abstracts. If your abstract is selected for an offered talk, you will be notified by the end of February 2025. Abstracts will not be accepted after 31st January 2023, but you can still register for attendance only. However, we strongly recommend submitting an abstract if you wish to attend.
