Registration is now

Registration

The registration fee includes all scientific sessions, four nights' accommodation with all meals, conference dinner, ceilidh, and transport between main transport hubs and the venue. The registration cost for the meeting has unavoidably increased from the value that we hoped to be able to offer and which was initially posted on the conference website last year. Unfortunately a number of options for subsidising the meeting no longer exist and prices have increased due to recent world events.

Following initial registration, successful registrants will be invited to confirm their registration by payment of the finalised fee before the early registration deadline of 31st March 2023. For those who registered and submitted abstracts before the 31stJanuary deadline, you will hear the outcome. Please contact us if you experience any problems with registration or abstract submission.

Registration deadline for posters and offered talks: 31st January 2023

Instructions for submitting abstracts can be found here. By submitting an abstract, you indicate your willingness to present that work on a poster. However we will also offer many opportunities for flash poster talks and short talks based on submitted abstracts. If your abstract is selected for an offered talk or a flash talk, you will be notified by the end of February 2023. All successful applicants will be invited to secure their registration by payment of the registration fee by 31st March 2023. Abstracts will not be accepted after 31st January 2023 but you can still register for attendance only. However we strongly recommend submitting an abstract if you wish to attend.

Registration deadline for attendance only: 31st March 2023

If no abstract is received we will assume the attendee is registering for attendance only. You will be invited to secure your registration by payment of registrations fees by 31st March 2023.

Sustainable Travel Grants for Early Career Researchers

ETOX 2023 aims to be a sustainable meeting that minimises the impact on our planet wherever possible. The Company of Biologists has provided funding to reduce the cost of travel for attendees who use sustainable travel (e.g. public transport such as trains/buses). Early career researchers will be invited to indicate whether they would like support for sustainable travel to ETOX 2023 when paying their registration fee (~ 31st March 2023).
